Loftus-Vergari and Associates opened its doors as a counseling agency in October, 1999 on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA.  We moved to our permanent location on North Washington Street in October 2005.  In 2006 the agency became a corporation and added Foster Care to available services. In 2009 Adoption Services and Family Group Decision Making became available through the agency.  The agency is owned and operated by Cynthia and Joseph Loftus-Vergari.
